  1. When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that guests submit a soft RSVP on our wedding website as soon as possible to help us get a preliminary guest count. This allows us to plan thoughtfully for seating and catering.

We kindly ask that guests submit a soft RSVP on our wedding website as soon as possible to help us get a preliminary guest count. This allows us to plan thoughtfully for seating and catering.

  1. What time should I arrive?

Additional details regarding timing will be shared closer to the wedding date. We look forward to celebrating with you and will provide a full schedule so you may plan your arrival accordingly.

  1. Is there parking?

Yes, parking will be available for your convenience. A parking lot is located adjacent to the ballroom entrance, and valet service will also be offered. We have secured discounted event rates of $14 for self-parking and $20 for valet. For those who plan to enjoy the evening’s festivities, we kindly encourage the use of rideshare services.

  1. Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The Tea Ceremony will take place both indoors and outdoors, with the majority held outside. We recommend dressing comfortably and preparing for warm weather, as late September in Texas can still be quite hot.

  1. Are kids allowed?

Children are warmly welcome to attend the Tea Ceremony and Church Ceremony for immediate family members and invited guests.

While we truly cherish your little ones and would love to have everybody possible to attend, the Reception will be an adults-only celebration (18+), unless otherwise specified on your invitation. We sincerely appreciate you making arrangements in advance so that you may fully relax and enjoy the evening with us.

  1. Can I bring a guest/date?

We kindly ask that only those guests whose names are listed on the formal invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we would be delighted to celebrate with them as well.

  1. What is the dress code

For the Tea Ceremony, we encourage guests to wear their best áo dài in seasonal summer-to-fall colors. It would bring us great joy to see everyone—men, women, and children—embrace this meaningful tradition.

For the Church Ceremony and Reception, formal attire is requested. Floor-length gowns and formal dresses are encouraged for women, while suits or tuxedos are appropriate for men. We hope to create an elevated and memorable atmosphere for all to enjoy!

  1. Will there be an open bar?

Yes, an open bar will be provided for your enjoyment! We kindly encourage all guests to celebrate responsibly, and to consider carpooling, arranging for a designated driver, or using rideshare services to ensure a safe and carefree evening.

  1. Will there be transportation?

Additional transportation details will be shared as they become available.

  1. What happens if I do not RSVP by the deadline?

Due to venue capacity and planning requirements, we regret that we will be unable to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by the stated deadline, August 20, 2026. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

  1. Is there a wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift, and we’re so grateful to celebrate with you. We will not be having a traditional registry. In keeping with Vietnamese tradition, guests who wish to give a gift may consider a red envelope (lì xì) to support us as we begin this next chapter together.

A card box will be available at the welcome table, and we’ll also be making our rounds during the reception to say hello and thank you in person. We truly appreciate your love and generosity.
